The office has gratefully served the Compton, Lynwood, and South-Central Los Angeles areas for over 46 years. Compton Eyecare Optometry owes its roots to Dr. Jay H Messinger. Dr. Messinger has been a pillar of eye care in South Los Angeles since January 1, 1976. After retiring, Dr. Messinger left the office in the hands of Drs. Vu and Nguyen who had worked side by side with him since 2017. Drs. Vu and Nguyen will continue to work tirelessly to provide compassionate care to all those in need!
